Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

General Transaction Policy

  • Transactions using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

  • Currency is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) — transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ptkpk regularly provides various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms that should be read carefully.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200.
  • Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳15,000.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount — this applies to the bonus only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

  • Each user is eligible to receive each offer only once.
  • Deadlines set for claiming bonuses must be followed.
  • If evidence of manipulation or fraud in claiming a bonus is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • ptkpk reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Betting Rules

  • Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be refunded.
